CROSfill® 580 HES Precision Grout

CROSfill® 580 HES Precision Grout is a rapid set, ultra-high flow grout with both high early, and high final strength. It is specially formulated to provide incredibly high dimensional stability in both the plastic and hardened state, even at a high fluid consistency. A proven solution for high performance grouting applications where high strength gain and fast set is required, CROSfill® 580 HES can be mixed to a plastic or flowable consistency and applied thickness of 10mm – 100mm.

Formulated with Portland cement, graded fillers, and performance additive to reduce water demand and shrinkage, CROSfill® 580 HES can be used for most void filling grouting applications including core holes, grouting under precast panels and concrete sections, hollow block walls, under column bases, anchor bolt filling, and general concrete repair work.

CROSfill® 580 HES is also suitable for critical grouting applications subject to dynamic loads or where continuous vibration is present, including machine base plates, bridge bearing plates, crane rails, and pre-cast concrete sections.
