Are there quantity restrictions?

No, we don’t have any quantity restrictions. All products are priced per unit (each), we display pack sizes but will break packs if you don't require a full pack.

Can I pay on account?

Yes, account payment options are available to trade customers only. Complete an application on our website.

Do you deliver anywhere in Australia?

Yes, we offer our customers Australia wide delivery. In some instances, we will have to refund your order because freight and supply chains at our end have issues - we don't want you waiting for your order!

We can no longer supply any product over 1m in length outside of Brisbane Metro area. 

How do I request a quote?

You can request a quote after loading your products into your cart at the checkout process. Below the checkout process, you will see a 'Request a Quote' button.

What happens if I order the incorrect product?

We offer 100% anytime replacement. For orders less than 30 days old, return the products to us and we will replace. Please retain your invoice for proof of purchase. If you are wishing to refund an order that is more than 45 days old, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you ‘change your mind’ or make a mistake. Please contact our sales team to discuss.

How do I cancel an order?

If you place your order and decide it’s not correct (within 24 hours), you can contact our team via, email, phone or fax and cancel the order. If your order has already been picked, packed and dispatched your order will be treated as a return. Neither is a problem, you’ll just need to contact our team to discuss.

Do I have to pay for returned goods postage?

If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrect item we will pay for the postage costs. However, we are unable to offer free delivery for ‘change of mind’ returns or exchanges.

When will I receive my goods?

Our aim is to always ship goods within 24 hours. Depending on your location, you should allow 2-3 business days for delivery. You will recieve a confirmation email when your order has been shipped or when it's ready for collection. 

However, there are occasions when goods may not be available so may take longer. We will always notify you if your goods are going to be shipped outside of our service standard.
